Indications for use: smooth muscle spasms of internal organs – intestinal colic, hepatic colic, renal colic, dysmenorrhea. Headache, toothache, migraine, neuralgia, myalgia. Infectious and inflammatory diseases accompanied by fever.
Method of administration and dosage: taken orally. Adults and children over 15 years: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. Maximum single dose for adults: 2 tablets, daily dose: 4 tablets. Duration of use without consulting a doctor: no more than 5 days when used as a pain reliever and 3 days when used as an antipyretic. With prolonged use, monitoring of peripheral blood and liver function is necessary.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to paracetamol and dicyclomine, obstructive diseases of the intestines, biliary and urinary tracts, peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum (during exacerbation), reflux esophagitis, hypovolemic shock, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy, lactation period. Children under 15 years of age.
