Kofanol

Ingredients: Each 5 ml of syrup contains:
Active ingredients: Ammonium chloride 138 mg, levomenthol 1.14 mg, diphenhydramine hydrochloride 14.08 mg, sodium citrate 57.03 mg.
Excipients: Citric acid anhydrous 10.89 mg, sodium saccharin 20.30 mg, sugar (sucrose) 3029.70 mg, dextrose solution* 1732.67 mg, raspberry flavoring 18.81 mg, carmoisine [Ponceau 4R] (E124) 2.97 mg, sodium methylparahydroxybenzoate 12.38 mg, sodium propylparahydroxybenzoate 3.47 mg.
*contains dextrose, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides obtained by starch hydrolysis.

Indications for use: The product is intended to relieve symptoms of colds, flu, and acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) accompanied by cough.

Method of administration and dosage: taken orally. If not otherwise prescribed, the recommended doses are as follows:
Adults: two teaspoons of syrup (10 ml) twice a day (morning and evening).
Children over 12 years: one teaspoon (5 ml) two to three times a day.
Prolonged use of the drug (for 2-3 weeks) only as recommended by a doctor.
The recommended doses are the maximum daily doses of the drug for children over 12 years and adults.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, closed-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, stenosing peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, bladder neck stenosis, bronchial asthma, pregnancy and lactation, simultaneous use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), central nervous system depressants, alcohol, children under 12 years, peptic disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite.

Shelf life: 3 years.
